Located in Ankeny, Iowa - right in the heart of the Midwest.

We specialize in breeding for talented performance horses that exhibit amateur friendly temperaments. Although our ultimate goal is to promote the use of Paints and Paint crosses for sport, our foals have the ability to be very versatile and will likely excel in a variety of different disciplines. 

Athletic prowess and quality of movement is extremely important but it is not our only focus when we choose our breeding stock.

It is also important that our stock conform to APHA breed standards. We feel that ideally a Paint should have a balanced build, correct legs, appropriate neck-set and substantial bone. The proof is in the way our horses move. You will find no peanut rollers or downhill movers here.

We also place an emphasis on strong hooves, overall hardiness, physical soundness AND breeding soundness. All these traits culminate into a talented horse that's easy to care for and is a joy to be around.

Our horses also carry the rare and beautiful Silver Dapple gene. To date we own the only DNA confirmed Silver Dapple carriers in the APHA breed. To find out more about this unique gene please read The Silver Dapple Story.
